Fees and Charges
How much does accommodation at MYVISTA Residential Aged Care facility cost?
  • MYVISTA Residential Aged Care rooms are valued up to $550,000.
  • A maximum of $650,000 (Negotiable) RAD (Refundable Accommodation Deposit) is charged (based on individual circumstances and capacity to pay) - currently Balcatta only.

How much will I pay for accommodation at MYVISTA Aged Care?
  • The price of the accommodation is  based on its quality, condition, location and amenities.
  • We cater for people who have low income and assets and assess on an individual basis.
  • Price and charges are based on the individual resident's financial circumstances and Centrelink Income and Assets information provided.
  • Payment options: the preferred method is Direct Debit but other arrangements can be accommodated.

What are my payment options for my accommodation?
You can choose to pay for your accommodation by:
  • Paying the full amount by a lump sum payment, known as a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) on entry,
  • paying a daily amount that will be billed monthly, known as a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) at the Australian Government’s advertised Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR),
  • paying a percentage of the RAD amount and a percentage of the DAP amount.
You should seek advice from a financial planner to help you determine the best option for your circumstances.

How much time do I have to pay my RAD?
  • If you intend to pay a RAD but need to sell your house (or other assets) to fund the RAD payment, we will charge you the DAP based on the price of the accommodation (less any RAD you have paid).
