To get started with a Home Care Package you must get assessed by the Australian Government-funded aged care service, My Aged Care.

You can apply for an assessment online at myagedcare.gov.au or you can call 1800 200 422.

Once your application is successful, the Aged Care Assessment Team will contact you to arrange a face-to-face assessment. This is to determine exactly what you need.

As everyone’s needs are different, the four levels of care range from basic support through to higher care needs and all have different funding amounts. After your face-to-face assessment, the Aged Care Assessment Team will send you a letter that will include which package level has been approved for you.

MYVISTA provides Level 1 to 4 Home Care packages. When you choose us as your provider for Home Care, we will meet with you to tailor your package so it meets your goals, choices and assessed needs. If you wish, we will talk with your family, doctor and other health professionals to establish your ideal services.

Fee Schedule

Our fee schedule makes it easy for you to compare our hourly rates with other providers so that you can be confident you are obtaining the most value possible from your Government Subsidy.
