We recognise and reward Employees of the Month across our organisation. Each month, a recipient is selected from the nominated employees to be recognised as Employee of the Month. At the end of the year, the Employee of the Year is selected from the pool of monthly nominations and respective winners. This individual is recognised with a meaningful award in acknowledgement of their exceptional contribution to MYVISTA.
