Paul is an energetic, committed and highly successful Health Chief Executive with a substantial track record of leading change and performance improvement in strategic, governance, operational and financial management coupled with systems development of acute hospitals and the health sector.

Paul has more than 25 years’ experience as substantive Chief Executive with a further period of 3 years working in the private sector in both the UK and Australia which has provided a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills across various health economies. For the past 7 years, Paul has been working in Western Australia as Chief Executive of South Metropolitan Health Services (SMHS).
