Amanda brings more than 15 years of industry experience across residential aged care, home care and retirement living services. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Nursing, and a Postgraduate degree in Gerontology, combining clinical expertise with operational leadership and a strong understanding of contemporary aged care delivery.
As Operations Manager at MYVISTA, Amanda leads operational performance across aged care services, working closely with service leaders to strengthen systems, build leadership capability, and support services that are responsive, sustainable and community connected.
Amanda’s leadership approach is practical and collaborative, focused on aligning people, systems, and service delivery to enable culturally appropriate, community focused care that promotes dignity, independence, identity, and meaningful connection throughout ageing.
