- MYVISTA can provide in-home care and support services delivered by qualified and friendly staff, allowing elderly people to get the assistance they want to maintain their independence and confidence at home.
- Home care services are tailored to meet the specific needs of customers.
- Qualified staff can provide a wide range of services to the customers, such as:
- domestic help, eg washing, cleaning
- personal care, eg showering, dressing
- transport to social events and activities
- clinical care, eg continence or medication management
- allied health, eg physio, dietitian, podiatrist
- case management, eg arranging private appointments and visits
- respite
- Every effort is made to provide staff who have an understanding of the cultural background and speak the language of the customer’s country of origin.
Access, Fees and Charges
Home Care Package (Australian Government funded)
MYHome Care (private, self-funded service)
- Requires an Aged Care Client Record (ACCR).
- A basic daily fee applies which is based on a percentage of the aged care pension (for pensioners and non-pensioners alike).
- Your assessed income determines whether you will be required to contribute an income tested fee.
MYHome Care (private, self-funded service)
- A range of services that you pay for privately.
- No income assessment is required.
- No ACCR assessment is necessary.
